Is InfluQa free to join?

Yes! Creating an account is completely free. You can browse influencers, create a profile, and explore the platform without any cost. Subscription plans unlock premium features like AI matching, advanced analytics, and reduced commission rates.

How does InfluQa make money?

We charge a commission on successful campaigns (paid by influencers) and offer subscription plans for premium features. We never charge hidden fees or take a cut from brand payments beyond the agreed service price.

Which social platforms are supported?

We support all major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Twitch, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Influencers can connect multiple accounts to showcase their full reach.

Account & Profile

How do I verify my account?

Verification is available for influencers who want to build trust with brands:

  1. Go to your profile settings
  2. Click "Request Verification"
  3. Submit government-issued ID or business documentation
  4. li>Wait 24-48 hours for review
  5. Receive your verified badge upon approval

Can I have multiple accounts?

No, each user is limited to one account. If you represent both a brand and work as an influencer, you can switch between account types in your settings, but you must maintain separate profiles for each role.

How do I change my account type?

You can update your account type in profile settings. Note that switching from influencer to brand (or vice versa) requires completing the appropriate profile setup and may affect your visibility and features.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Note that:

  • Active campaigns must be completed or cancelled first
  • Outstanding balances must be settled
  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • You can download your data before deletion

Payments & Earnings

How does escrow work?

Escrow protects both parties in every transaction:

  1. Brand places order and payment is secured in escrow
  2. Influencer completes the work
  3. Brand reviews and approves (or 7-day auto-approval)
  4. li>Payment releases to influencer's account
  5. Influencer can withdraw to their preferred method

When do influencers get paid?

Payment is released after the brand approves the work or after the 7-day auto-approval period. Once funds are in your account, withdrawals are processed within 1-5 business days depending on the method chosen.

What payment methods are accepted?

For Brands (Deposits): Credit/debit cards, bank transfer, PayPal, InfluQa Coins

For Influencers (Withdrawals): Bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, InfluQa Coins

What are InfluQa Coins?

InfluQa Coins (IQC) are our platform currency offering better rates than USD. Brands can purchase coins at a discount (up to 17% bonus on large packages) and use them for all transactions. Influencers can hold earnings in coins or convert to fiat.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

Yes, minimum withdrawals vary by method:

  • Bank Transfer: $50 minimum
  • PayPal: $25 minimum
  • Stripe: $25 minimum
  • InfluQa Coins: $10 minimum

Billing & Subscriptions

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you offer annual billing?

Annual billing is coming soon and will offer 20% savings compared to monthly billing. Contact our sales team for enterprise annual contracts.

What's your refund policy?

Subscriptions: Full refund within 7 days, prorated thereafter. Campaigns: Full refund before work begins, prorated during execution. InfluQa Coins: Non-refundable but never expire.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period. You can reactivate anytime.

Campaigns & Orders

How do I find the right influencers?

Use our advanced search filters to narrow by platform, niche, audience size, location, engagement rate, and price range. SVIP and GVIP members get AI-powered matching recommendations.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the work?

You can request revisions (up to the agreed number) or escalate to our dispute resolution team. If the influencer fails to deliver as agreed, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Can I work with the same influencer repeatedly?

Absolutely! Many brands build long-term partnerships with influencers. You can save favorites, create custom offers for repeat collaborations, and even negotiate volume discounts.

How long do campaigns typically take?

Timeline varies by campaign complexity:

  • Simple posts: 3-7 days
  • Video content: 7-14 days
  • Multi-post campaigns: 2-4 weeks
  • Long-term ambassadorships: 1-12 months

Is my data secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure data storage, and regular security audits. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Do you offer two-factor authentication?
